On construction sites in Norway the minimum wage is generally applicable. For a skilled worker it is NOK 264.32 an hour, in force since 15 June 2025. The section 10-6 supplement comes on top of the hourly rate actually agreed.
The supplement cannot be contracted away, though it may be agreed that overtime hours are taken as time off. In that case only the hours are taken off — the supplement is still paid.
